In December 2018 Thomas Heaton said that he was going to buy a new camera in early 2019. That hasn't happened and he has purchased no new gear. Thomas considered a Nikon D850, Fujifilm GFX50R and a Sony A7R III but he still have his Canon 5DMK IV.
