Lighting practice tip for learning portraiture lighting
Practicing on real people is great, but there are some real benefits to using a simple mannequin head to learn portrait lighting setups and patterns. Things like butterfly lighting, short lighting, and Rembrandt lighting take some time to learn and get used to.
