thats the problem with IGBT Flashes. The smaller amount of power the faster the duration. With regular studioflashes it's the opposite.

Thats not true Tobi. Can you tell me one studio strobe that the flash duration shortens with more power? Not Profoto, Not Broncolor, Speedatron, not even close.
