Tutorial: Building 2-Axis DIY Cable Cam with two Syrp

During NAB 2014 Syrp had the opportunity to build a quick DIY cable cam rig that they used at our booth to show how the Genie can integrate with DIY equipment and basically any gear you can dream of. Simply build a roller platform with some cable attach the Genie(s) and time-lapse away!

In the photo section here they've also attached the Home Depot shopping list that shows all the bits and bobs you'll need to build this rig. Keep in mind that everything is open for interpretation! This was a really quick build as Syrp only had limited time so you can exchange parts for whatever you may have lying around or exchange the materials for more suitable options.
