Tears of oil: An amazing macro short

Inspired by different macro videos i made this short to the beautiful music of M83. I used the different surface tension of oil and water to create these close up shots. Most shots were lit with the iPhone LED or a daylight bulb.

Edited in entirely in Adobe Premiere CS6. The text was added via dynamic link and After Effects. No color correction was applied. Instead i added a second videolayer and used the blend mode "overlay" to increase the saturation and contrast. Sharpness was added with an adjustment layer and a value of 15.
