Profoto B2 Off-Camera Flash and Lytro with Charles & Jennifer Maring: Daytripping Through the Meatpacking District

The On to Light Shaping series consists of 18 videos featuring 18 renowned wedding and portrait photographers. Each one has tried the new Profoto Off-Camera Flash system. Each one has shot some stunning images with it.

In New York-based wedding and portrait photographers Charles and Jennifer Maring’s case, they brought a B2 Off-Camera Flash and an OCF Softbox 2’ Octa to the inspirational surroundings of the Meatpacking District.

“The system is incredibly lightweight and small which is a major benefit for us,” says Charles. “We tend to not take heavier equipment out on location. Lighter-weight equipment is more likely to go along with us, which in turn enables us to further explore our creative options”.
