This is about light modiers for the light source you are currently looking at: your screen. Believe it or not, it provides enough light for charming portraits and bodyscapes.

Download the light shapes from the link, put them into your favorite picture viewer and activate the full screen mode. Then just do what I do in the video. Your new light source will be fun to play with.
