With a DSLR things are much more simple => the camera just need 3 points contact with the body (head, left and right hands and arms sticked to the body) that's it .. and you will never shake your camera like a 90 years old man! haha
No need of such stabilization which just an ersatz to compensate lifeview shooting .. even with a 300mm L 2.8ISII . I never need to put the 4.5 IS stabilisation.
