Landscape Photography: STOP USING ISO 100!!

12/23/2020 ISO 1200 Magazine 0 Comments

In this week’s episode, photographer Mark Denney discusses why you should stop using iso 100 for landscape photography. Now depending on who you ask you'll probably receive a slightly different answer as to when or if you should ever raise your ISO, but he consistently encounters two common situations that always result in a need to increase his  ISO. And he feels that when you're first getting started in landscape photography that you quickly become conditioned to believe that the only way to create a clean image is by using ISO 100 - which is simply just not the case.

About Mark Denney:

My passion for landscape photography has grown from my love of the great outdoors. The serenity and therapeutic nature are perhaps what I enjoy most about it. I treasure the complete process that landscape photography requires, from the on-location aspect of actually traveling and taking the image to the post processing workflow of Lightroom and Photoshop.  Let's Get Connected: markdenneyphotography.com |  Twitter | Facebook | Instagram
