In this video, photographer Gavin Hoey takes you on a journey examining how a hair light can work as a stand-alone light. He then goes on to make the hair light work a little harder by making it a hair and background light. Finally, Gavin turns his hair light into a light that does three things: a hair light, background light, and key light all from one single Speedlight.
