Photographer Steve Pope proving you can produce good photographs with a bit of lighting and no photoshop

Here's a quick video I put together of a shoot by photographer Steve Pope of Sporting Wales magazine,shooting up and coming welsh swimming talent Ieuan Lloyd,the location here is the new swimming centre in Cardiff bay which had amazing glass windows all around.

 It was great for natural light but not so great when we we're trying to completely over power it with flash to get a fully black background in the photo,got there in the end thought.

This was shot while I was also assisting so static tripod and quick handheld shots on a 5dmk2 with the 24-105 L lens.
