About photographer:

Photographer René Riis is specialized in food and stillife.

More than 20 books on food and wine, some prizewinners, in companionship with some of the most succesfull chefs in the world belongs to his portfolio. Riis worked recently again together with René Redzepi, head-chef of restaurant ”Noma” (S.Pellegrino best restaurant in the world 2010 and 2011), whom he also portrayed. Lately Riis photographed the first cooking book featuring Hong Kongs famous ”Demonchef”, Alvin Leung. In his studio or on Location - Riis works wherever his assignments takes him.
