Behind the Scenes: Mets Spring Training 2016 Media Day by Steven Martine

The New York Mets Spring Training is underway in Port St. Lucie Florida. One morning each year Media Day is the opportunity for new outlets across the globe to come and photograph every player and conduct interviews and general image capture for the upcoming season.

It is that season… Baseball Season!! Florida is the destination for many of the major league baseball teams. Spring-training is underway for the New York Mets here in Port St. Lucie. I have been asked for the third year now to shoot a collection of portraits of the baseball players for the New York Mets organization. It's a great honor to be invited, and to be given access to such an amazing team!
